Memberships will be billed monthly on the date of the signature purchase. 

I want you to be happy, so if there is a problem, please email us at (concierge@patrickwallis.com) and we will work together to fix whatever the issue is. We bill monthly and if you choose to cancel, please do so prior to your next billing cycle.  

You may pause, cancel or upgrade your membership at any time.  

The Senior and Sustaining Membership Levels include regular text/phone consultations with Patrick,If you cancel your membership and have not had the consultation, you will forfeit the consultation. Be sure to schedule your complimentary consultation as soon as possible once you register. The sooner you have your consultation, the better Patrick will be able to create your best looks.

We created the membership levels with a selected number of outfits monthly. It is up to the client (member) to add at least 5 items per category so that we are able to create a variety of outfits for you each month.

If you don’t add enough clothing and Patrick cannot create the set number of outfits for that month, you forfeit whatever wasn’t created. For instance, the Junior level would get 10 outfits per month. But if there is only enough clothing to create 7 outfits, you will lose out on 3 outfits for that month. Add more clothes to ensure you get the full 10 outfits each month.

Note: If you do not have enough clothing for the total number of outfits, Patrick may create a one-time selection of additional outfit suggestions for you to purchase to make up the outfit deficit difference for that specific month.

The process of getting styled by me is extremely easy. Once I see what you have placed in your closet, I will be able to style outfits according to your lifestyle. If there’s a special event or occasion and you text me, I’d be happy to help you with a last-minute decision. I have a 24-hour policy in place for “last minute” requests. Sustaining members will receive priority attention.   

No, every membership level includes an unlimited closet. Dig deep into your closet because those pieces you bought and loved when you were in the store but didn’t like when you got home? Those are the ones that Patrick will want to see and work with you to find a way to create the look you hoped to achieve when you made the initial purchase. 

There are no purchase requirements when it comes to the clothing and accessories that Patrick recommends. Since you’re here, you obviously care about the way you look. Whether that means finding new ways to mix and match what you have or keeping your options fresh and current while infusing your wardrobe with the right pieces to complete your own, unique style. You know that if Patrick recommends something for you, heads will turn, and it will be a worthy investment.

Patrick is available for private personal styling, based on availability. If you live outside of Greater Los Angeles, we can discuss travel arrangements and how that fits into your overall budget.

I think this is one of my favorite types of clients – helping expectant mothers with their day to day looks. I enjoy making their lives easier. I understand that every woman carries differently, sometimes from one pregnancy to the next. Some women don’t want to spend too much on an entirely new wardrobe, but struggle with finding clothes in their closet that will fit. Other women have no choice but to buy new clothes. Rest assured wherever you are in your pregnancy, I can help you find a few signature pieces that you can incorporate with other pieces from your existing closet and then accessorize, all the while creating flattering outfits that complement your “pregnancy glow.”
